Teaching Digital Citizenship with Minecraft

Over the past 10 weeks, I have explored, gathered, learned about online teaching and Minecraft. However, my final blog post looks at shaping responsible citizens of the future using Minecraft. As an educator, the most important thing we can teach students the responsibilities and consequences of copyright, proper citations, effective researching, respectful communication, and the "digital footprint" everyone leaves behind them while using technology.

My approach was simply similar to that of the past, discover and learn the many tools for enhancing learning in the online classroom and how these tools can teach students of digital responsibility. In my last and final Vlog, I look into Minecraft Educations' platform of digital citizenship.
